1. Alvernice Sellers appeals a judgment convicting him of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, as a repeater, eluding a traffic officer, and soliciting a child to commit a felony. He also appeals the circuit courts order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. Sellers challenges his convictions on a number of grounds. We affirm in all respects, but one. We vacate the sentence pursuant to State v. Cole, 2003 WI 59, 262 Wis. 2d 167, 663 N.W.2d 700, and remand for resentencing on all counts.
